Anyone else perpetually lightheaded?

I had this a little bit with DD's pregnancy but nowhere near to this degree. Every day for the past week nearly I've been feeling light headed for a large proportion of the day. It doesn't seem to matter whether it's morning or afternoon and I'm trying to be careful to eat little and often.

Anyone else getting this?

Are you getting enough iron? Just a thought. It's a simple test & easily treated with tablets.

I'm trying to! I take the Boots pregnancy vitamins plus I'm eating lots of greens. I might get checked out, though, as I was prescribed iron tablets last pregnancy.

I've been getting this every day this week and it frightens me to bits so I really smpathise. I had one proper fainting fit at about 13weeks in Sainsburys then until now I haven't suffered with dizziness, (am 29+3). My GP said it is a surge of blood supply in the 3rd trimester and the body trying to adjust to the demands. How far gone are you?

Not very far - 5+5

I've had this all the way through my first trimester. Am around 14 weeks now and it's not showing any signs of improving. The midwife said it's just low blood pressure and there's nothing to be done. Just avoid standing for long periods and get up slowly (easier said than done in my job).

Fingers crossed yours goes soon though!
