hi folks,

After two mmc's last year and a failing memory as to what this was all like with DD - I have had period-like cramps for the last two days strangely more in the evenings.

is this anything to be worried about? have had no bleeding and cramps arent unbearable but definately noticable..

any advice and reassurance gratefully received!!

think it's normal, just your body stretching and getting used to things
hope all goes well!

Hi, from my experience i'd say period like cramps are nothing to worry about. I've had them right from the start and was initially very worried. I've been into hospital and had them checked out and have been told that they are very normal, as the ligaments are stretching which can cause you some pain or discomfort. I'm 21 weeks now and still getting them on and off so have accepted them now as normal part of my pregnancy. My best friend had a baby last year and she suffered from these types of pains all the way through. What I would say though is speak to your midwife or doctor if you are worried as they can put your mind at rest. Good luck xx
