Hi, im 30 weeks pregnant with baby number 2, my eldest is 14 months and has been on his feet for a good few months now so we rarely use a buggy for him unless we're planning on walking for a long time, so long story short is we're thinking of using a sling for the baby and keeping the buggy for which ever one needs it at the time (most likely ds1 at the moment) and by the time baby is too big for sling ds1 should be able to just use buggy a board... this is the plan anyway.
Hope that makes sense?!
We didn't use a sling for ds1 as we didn't really need to, i had a baby bjorn one but to be honest i didn't get on with it but then again didn't really give it a change.
Im a size 18 (maybe a 20 at the moment) so im a big girl as it is and im just wondering what other people have used that they can recommend?

maybe you could try posting in on the products section, there's a sling thread topic

I used a hug-a-bub wrap sling and it was great. A lot of slings come in a bigger size as well as standard but tbh I found the bigger sizes much too big. I remember having a ring sling that trailed down the road after me! Was (am) 20/22 btw.

I got my sling from e-bay and it was made to my spefications so that is something you could try. My dd is 3.5 now and she still fits in it. Then you could ask for longer straps. It was a mei tai one similar this one and I found it much better than my baby bjorn one.
