Posted on general Health but no replies so wondered if any pregnant ladies have experience. Has anyone had surgery for piles and if so would you recommend your surgeon? What was your experience?

Ouch!!
I haven't, but my Dad recently had surgery for piles (injections so far), a colonoscoopy and some skin tags removed by Mr Muti Abulafi at Shirley Oaks Hospital in Croydon South London. This was private on health insurance, but it seems that he also works for the NHS at Mayday Hospital in Croydon. Don't know if this location is any good for you.
My Dad was very happy with him - and he has a bit of an aversion to doctors, hospitals and medical treatment!
Hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks cardamom. This sounds promising. Glad it was successful for your Dad.
