High progesterone - could I finally be pregnant?

Hi.

I have been ttc for over 2 years and have been on Clomid for the last 5 months. My progesterone levels have been checked each month and have been between 48 - 52.
I got a call from the docs secetary today saying my progesterone this month is 98!!!! My periods are a bit later than 28 days so she thinks this may raise a bit more.

I have read that your progesterone goes up when your pregnant though so could this be why it is so high or am I just wishful thinking?

Have you taken a test? I'd be inclined to go to the doctor and ask.
