"Boy" "Girl" pregnancies?

Do you think there's any truth in the type of pregnancy being dependent on the baby's gender? Am currently pg with #3 and have absolutely no preference whatsoever on the sex of the baby but am wondering whether to haul down the hand-me-downs from ds or dd.

My own anecdotal evidence is:

Girl: Nausea, raging hormones, virtual PMT for 9 months, weight gain regardless of calories consumed.

Boy: Sporadic nausea but only when feeling tired, leg-hair growing very quickly, really only very mild pg symptoms.

Any offers?

My experience with two boys and a girl tie in exactly with yours - bar the weight gain. I gained less with my little girl.

I have only had boys so far & think this one (7 weeks pregnant) will probably be another boy as symptoms similar.

I had very little sickness with either, some tiredness, was very moody with my last but could have been due to stressful time I was having, and very neat all out front bumps. (obviously can't compare this symptom with this pregnancy as too early on)

no, none at all. i had very different pregnancies for my first and second and both were boys

my mum had hideous morning sickness both times and had one boy and one girl

Im having a girl. Ive actually been a nice person to know throughout pregnancy not been really moody or anything. I had terrible morning sickness until 14 weeks when it stopped. My bump is big but all at the front, not really put much on anywhere else

Have been dehydrated alot and just seem to always want to eat ice or slush puppies lol!

my consultant has done multiple studies on this - morning sickness severities, shape of bump, heart beat rate etc etc...and says there is no statistcial correlation at all.
My 2nd preg is exactly the same as my first (apart from being more uncomfortable). Bump is all out front. Everyone is saying it is a boy, but all scans have suggested it is a girl.
