Well I felt like that this time round (my 3rd) and it really freaked me out - the symptoms just stopped. All was fine at my 12 and 20 week scans though.

I DO think it's common for symptoms to stop or ease at around 12 weeks - it's also common to be freaked out by it I reckon!

I have several friends who have never had any sickness/nausea when pregnant so I don't think that should be your only indicator.

I don't know enough about miscarriages to be able to advise but not having bleeding and pain must be a good sign. Just wanted to reply as no-one else had!

Do have sore breasts/nipples? I am 13 weeks with my second, have had my 12wk scan and all ok but I don't feel pregnant at all, sickness has pretty much gone as with my first pregnancy but my boobs are still very sore.

Thank you all, i will just have to wait for my scan, or complain to the midife and become classed as neurotic mother xx

Yes this happened to me last time at about 10 weeks. I think it's when the placenta takes over so all the queasynessetc goes away ?? [non-doctor]

Dd 4 mo snoozing on my lap right now .

Oh you poor thing. Try not to worry. These symptoms sometimes dwindle away at ten or eleven weeks.

I would speak to your midwife about it if you really are worried though.

Hiya Whirly..I do hope it's normal; I am on DC4 at 11 weeks and feel exactly the same as you. I am freaking out about it really but hoping no news is good news as it were; especially as I have had a MMC..
I don't feel particularly tired anymore either or rough in any way; like you say, just 'normal'. Am hanging in for the 12 wk scan next week. Do speak to your MW about it if you are really worried; when I did, last week, she said to me, well, do you FEEL pregnant; I said, I don't know! Then given the option of going to EPAC (yuk). She tried listening to HB on doppler, but nothing (said before she probably wouldn't be able to hear owt); I posted something about that last wk. Hang in there; positive viiiiiibes to you!
