Anyone else having worse morning sickness in 2nd trimester?

Hi

I am 23w+4 with 1st pregnancy, I suffered from really bad nausea from about 6w to 16w but was only actually sick a handful of times. However in the last week I have been really badly sick twice (TMI warning) and I mean projectile vomiting. I go from feeling OK one minute to being violently sick. I do not think it is a bug as quite shortly afterwards I am feeling OK and hungry! Also I have that lovely constant nausea back again. It is not pleasant

Has anyone else experienced MS this late on? If so do you know if it goes away again or is it here to stay (please God no!)?

Any suggestions with how to manage it?

Thanks

oo yes, I am still feeling v sick - now 28 weeks, and very nauseous in evening. Only thing that helps is eating very bland food, eating all hte bloody time, and taking anti acids. I feel your pain! You'd think it would go by now wouldn't you. For Gods Sake!!

Oh bless you both - I had this with DS - I'm now 10+1 with 2nd, but sickness has been worse in 1st trimester this time. I've had to resort to travel sickness wrist bands.

Last pg though, I picked up a virus, that potentially could have affected DS (he's fine though, thankfully). I was very sick through my 2nd trimester and easily into my 3rd. (lost my job in the end too ) But again, I put it down to the virus.

Maybe ask your midwife to see if anything can be checked?? I carried extra fluid, so they ran some bloods and found the virus that way.
