Am 33 weeks pregnant with dc3. Yesterday and today I have had period cramps, in the front and the back iyswim.
Yesterday it went off after about half an hour, but today seems worse.
If I wasn't pregnant I would be rushing to the toilet expecting my period to be here...
Help... realise am being irrational but am freaking out here! I know period pains can be a sign of early labour so should i phone midwife, or is it just a twinge thing to ride out?
