Hi I have recently discovered that I am pregnant with my second baby. It is very early days and I haven't told anyone yet (well... many people!) But I am desperate to start getting excited, it is so hard because I know I shouldn't at this stage. Is anyone else in the same position? I have never used forums before and it all seems a bit confusing, but here goes anyway...

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Congratulations!!!!

i am about 24 weeks now, but it's gone so fast early days are not a distant memory to me.

this is my second child, (first was a girl, found out this is a little boy now).

have you been feeling well, any morning sickness?

Hi Thanks very much. Congratulations to you as well! A boy and a girl will be great. My first was a little girl too, she turned two in January. I had been feeling fine until today when I have started feeling a little bit sick, nothing too bad, it is quite nice and re-assuring really, before I felt as though it wasn't really real. I can't wait to get the first couple of scans out of the way and start to relax. Have you started thinking about names/ birth options?

Congratulations! Have a look here, and see if there's an antenatal tread for you (there's already a Due in Oct 2010 tread0. There will be lots of ladies at the same point as you, and no doubt delighted to talk!

That should be 'thread', not 'tread', of course

Yes it's funny how you can't wait to feel sick, so you feel more pregnant! But the novelty of morning sickness is so short lived!

Ruthie84 · 16/02/2010 18:43

Already feeling that it is short lived!
