Strange sensations

I am 9.5 weeks with number 4 and having very odd feelings. It's like a strange twisting, pulling and then tightening, which I can only equate to when I was a bit further on with #3, and he was turning over inside me; think that was at 12 weeks. Surely it is too early to feel this? I am not sure but also think I have felt little movements; and no, not wind.
I am getting paranoid something is wrong as had a MMC in the summer and am getting a lot of dragging sensations aswell.
Has anybody else felt movements this early on? I feel like somebody is slowly wringing out a cloth or something in my womb! Please tell me I am not going any more insane than I already am.

I am about 10 and a half weeks pregnant (also with dc4) and feel fairly sure that I can feel the baby move ( and have been able to for a week or two).
When I saw the mw last week she said that it was possible that it was the baby I was feeling, though it is unusual to feel the baby so early.
I remember saying at my first ultrasound for dc3 (around 11 weeks) that I could feel the baby move, and was told it was nonsense, but then when the baby came up on the screen, the movements he was making tallied with what I was feeling.
With dd1 I didn't notice her move until I could actually see my belly shake and see corners on the round bits.. I think that maybe the more babies you've had the more sensitive you are to their movements earlier on.

Also pg with DC4 - I felt movement about 11 weeks, much earlier than I ever had done before. Then my anterior placenta grew in and I didn't feel anything else for weeks. I'm 31 weeks. No mistaking the movements for wind now...

Thanks for the replies! Thing that I really want to know is what of this odd wringing thing? Is it 'normal' to feel like your womb is going all twisty at 10 weeks?
Flipping out a bit as am convinced something is wrong..sad and crushing really how a MMC can really take the innocence out of pregnancy. Thanks for reading.
