Bum pain and sleep

So I experienced sharp leg pains during sleep with ds1 but now I'm getting really bad pains on my right bum cheek/muscle during the night. They're really painful and waking me/keeping me up. Would love to know if others have had this and possible solutions? Thanks!

I had this last time, not so much this. I found sleeping on side with my upper leg on a nursing pillow really helpful.

sciatica? Have a read up on it and see if your symptoms fit. It's quite common in pregnancy.

And I meant to say that I had that sort of pain but it was my sacrum popping out of alignment - a couple of sessions with an osteopath cured it.
