Pelvis went 'clunk' in the night

Had wobbly pelvic area since before pregnancy - now 41+2

So I rolled over in the night (more like shuffle owwwwww shuffle owwwwww - but that's been normal for about a month now) and the 'stable' side of my pelvis went clunk - I heard and felt it. Now it hurts to kneel - not good.

Do you think I've managed to do something this time or everything will just adjust and sort itself out?
