Bleeding

So I'm 11 weeks 5 days pregnant. It's been a rocky road this far. Husband has left me and wants a divorce, he's having an affair blah blah blah. Yesterday I started gushing blood and rushed off to emergency. My Dr came in and did an u.s. The baby is fine- strong heartbeat-163bpm and is moving lots. Dr says I've got burst blood vessels in uterus and a fibroid. He says the baby is totally ok. I'm now on bed rest till at least thursday and I see him again tomorrow. I'm really scared and trying so hard to be positive but it's difficult. Anyone else experienced this or have some words of encouragement?

Im sat here at 38 plus 4 weeks pregnant and like you had blood loss from week 7 until about week 24...some times gushes like you said you have. Bed rest is the best thing as your doctor suggested. The didnt find anything to cause my bleeding but at least in your case you have an explaination.

Sorry to hear about h It cant be easy but you need to concentrate on yourself and the lo....im sure someone will be along in a moment with wiser words than myself but didnt want your post to go unanswered.

One of my friends in my antenatal class when pregnant with DS1 had this - she had several bleeds and hospital admissions during her pregnancy - but her baby was fine and born at term, natural birth, a healthy 7lber. Please try not to worry - you're going through so much stress at the moment this is the last thing you need to be worrying about.
