I bashed my bump at 20 weeks - should I worry?

I've just come home from Sainsbury's and having major worries. On taking my shopping to the car, my trolley wedged in a pot-hole, stopping it in its tracks and rammed the handle bar into my bump. I jabbed it pretty hard just above the belly button. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have already had one miscarriage. Tummy's all a bit achey. Does anyone know how well the baby is protected at this point? I have my scan on Thursday, should I wait til then to do anything about it?

You should go to your maternity unit and get them to monitor the baby just to be safe.
Is the baby still moving?
Hope all is ok X

I haven't really felt it move yet, so it's difficult to tell - all a bit worrying. Thanks for your advice.

I second contacting maternity unit, just so they can check and at least put your mind at ease.

what blood grup are you? Rh negative or positive?

My doctor's system isn't linked to my hospital so I still don't know my blood type. Is RH neg or pos a problem?
