Help!!....Cramps and diarrohea at 25 weeks

Title says it all. I'm 25+2 and last night had the most horrendous stomach cramps took my breath away, followed by diarrohea. After some tears and tlc from DH it passed but now it's started again. Horrible cramping like a band of pain across my belly button. What should I do? It's my first pregnancy and I don't know what is normal

I had this a few weeks ago when I was around 27 weeks. Turns out it was a bug as my colleague went down with it as well. Phone your GP if you are worried, I should imagine it is a bug that you have picked up.
