Tingly hand... should I be worried?

Since waking up this morning my hand has been tingling, on and off - sort of like very mild pins and needles.

Should I be worried?

It sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome which is often caused/aggravated by pregnancy.

Yes, don't worry, sounds likely that it is carpal tunnel. It can be a bit uncomfy, and may continue after your baby is born, but nothing to be concerned about.

i had that, it drove me nuts but went away when the baby came.

Ah, ok. Have googled and think it could be carpal tunnel indeed. In my right hand, as well - maybe I'll get signed off work .
