Any one else had this? It started yesterday with about 3 big painful whiteheads under my chin on my left hand side and one on the forehead....then I've got skin on the right hand side that feels like they're ready to come out...
I use a weekly exfoliator for the face, have changed bedlinen etc...nothing too slobby always remove my make up etc... so not sure why I've got them like this?
I've not eaten anything different? when I was pregnant with DD I had bad ache throughout but not like this???
