Don't remember being quite this bad with the other 2

Today have eaten:

Bowl of granola
Slice of toast and jam

2 breadsticks with cream cheese to dip

Chicken breast with some roasted veg and brocolli

Choc-chip Tracker bar

Loads of grapes and a satsuma

2 home-made fairy cakes

Egg sarnie

Leftover pork stew with chickpeas

More grapes

Am contemplating eating a crumpet

Does this sound like too much?!

sounds fine

if you;re anything like me once you hit about 26wks your appetite vanishes as the baby is taking up all your stomach space and you worry you aren't eating enough.

I do like the idea of a vanishing appetite

Thing is, with the other 2 I lost the baby weight without trying (in fact, with both went a bit too thin (for me) for a few months, then plateaued) so hope I am not taking for granted this will happen again!

Thanks for opinion

I was in the same boat when wk 13 kicked in, and something my midwife said was 'eat more protein and less sugar, you're craving sugar because you're not full' - and once I added an egg for breakfast and then started drinking more milk it helped a bit. Dunno if it will help you - I definitely wasn't eating enough protein.

But mainly - I AGREE!

Now I'm heading off to make toast.
