i'm 15wks now and have suffered from hyperemesis till recently its calmed down tho still occasionally sick. i have just had antibiotics for a stomach infection ( 2 wks ago now which i assume is ok, not had another mw app or docs since i had these tablets) i also had constipation a few weeks ago ewww yh i know...
last night however i breathed in deeply and felt a 'pop' on the top left hand side of my belly, since then i have been left tender where i cant turn much as gettin a few lil pains.. it happened again today when i breathed in deeply in approx the same area but less painfull. seems odd as never had this with my other 2 pregnancys. i feel tender down the left hand side.. does anyone have any advice for me??
dont want to bother my mw as last time i spoke to her she just fobbed me off n dont want to bother my gp

Can you call another MW for advice if you aren't comfortable with your assigned one? If not, give her a go anyway as she will haul you in if there was anything to be worried about.

Erm, IMO I think this is your bowel, I am 38 weeks atm and my wind gets trapped in here (sorry if TMI) and when I bend over I can feel pops and gurgling in that area. It could potentially be some pulled muscles from your being sick, I remember how painful this can be along with the round ligament pains.

I do think you should get checked out, if you don't want to call the midwife then deffo call your GP - it is far better to get checked out than just leave it and worry yourself.

I think it is probably just muscular, but there's no harm in getting it checked out.
