I had a a sandwich with mayonaise in from a sandwich counter where they make them. Was not sure if it was jar or homemade?? is it dangerous i am 13 weeks.

You'll be fine don't worry, it's very unlikely they make their own mayonnaise, it's almost definitely from a jar (which is safe) and even if it was homemade, there's a very very very low chance that the raw eggs would contain listeria.

Please don't worry.

I would say you are safe - it is unlikely that a sandwich counter would use freshly made mayo - it would be hell trying to use it all within its shelf life.
