painful tummy

Hi

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and last night noticed my lower abdomen felt almost brusied. It seems ok now, but i am now noticing a few pains more in the centre of my bump. Its not particularly painful (just uncomfortable), but doesn't feel like the stretching pains I have had so far.

Anyone experienced the same?

I had a lot of stomach pains on & around bump a few weeks ago (am 22 wks tomorrow) mw said it was nothing to worry about but I should take it a bit easier. I had had a very busy few days,loads of walking & carrying heavy bags. Have you been overdoing it at all? I've been trying to take it a bit easier since, still busy but avoiding the heavy bags & it hasn't come back.
