On Saturday afternoon I got uncomfortable stomach cramps in my lower abdomen and what felt like a build up of pressure on my pelvis that lsted until I went to bed that night. I stayed in bed for most of yesterday and got the occasional cramp but felt fine to come to work this morning but feeling a little crampy still.
I will confess to having overdone it on Saturday (preganancy yoga class followed by food shopping and lugging heavy bags) and most of last week at work. So is this BH and my body telling me to slow down and stop pretending I keep doing all the same stuff or should I phone MW and just check I'm ok?
Am 29 + 4 and had a MW appointment a week ago that said all was ok.
