Have just done one - didn't have a full enough bladder really so not enough to do the full 5 seconds but have a faint line. Really hope this means I am pg!!! Has anyone else experienced a faint line with the Boots tests? I am about 2 days late....

oh yes. they seem to be the best for detecting early pg....had a very feint line with both mine pretty early on (before day 28). Congratulations

Yep, I had a faint line with a Boots test. I did the test mid afternoon with a 'forced wee' which was more of a dribble....sorry that's gross.... I'm now 26 weeks Pg so it sounds to me like a congratulations are in order here!

I also had to force out the wee (and did it mid-afternoon) so am going to do another test soon. Can't do any work or anything, am so excited. The line is faint but its definitely there...fingers crossed!!!

Still no pg symptoms though...My first was unplanned and don't remember feeling nauseous till about the 7th week so I guess its early days....

Did the second test and messed it up as splashed the test window - so even fainter. Feel like popping out and getting another test - any recommendations?

Certainly NOT a clear blue as they have given loads of negative results on here, including two for me. Everyone I know sings the praises of Boots test so maybe try another one of those.

motherinferior · 12/06/2003 16:23

just to say I was a faint window too - twice - and am quite definitely pregnant, you can't miss it, givig birth in 5 weeks' time - GOOD LUCK.

EmmaTMG · 12/06/2003 16:24

Quick go now, I 've got to start dinner soon and can't leave the until I know

LucieB · 12/06/2003 16:26

I have a test at home so will probably wait till I get home. Odd that I have had no pg symptoms - have had a bit of tummy cramping and am spotty and irritable - usually my premenstral symptoms...

Well a line is a line regardless of how faint it is. That what I was told anyway.
I love PG news even through cyberspace!

Stick with Boots, LucieB, they're definitely the most reliable (and I've splashed more than one in my time). Best of luck and keep us posted.
