As usual, I'm convinced I'm PG but I'm not due until the end of the month.

I have a stash of 10iU PG tests - how soon would they be worth peeing on do you think??

I tested five days early with my current pregnancy and got a brief shadow of a line which then vanished again -got me very excited! Then waited another day or two and got a definite but faint positive. Then did a few more tests in the following days/weeks because I really liked that lovely line to appear

Been pg twice. Tested positive at 8dpo with both, ebay cheapy 10iu tests.

Can you actually pee on them or do you have to dip them as they say in the instructions?

I'm not 100% sure when I ovulated. It was some time between wednesday and friday last week...I think.

I always dipped. I had a special jug and everything lol

i would warn against the cheapys slightly.. i got a bfp - eeever so faint this morning but got proper bfps on a first response and a tesco so that would suggest they arent as sensitive as they should be..

the earliest i got a bfp was about 10 days dpo but that was very faint..

Congratulations LeeWT - how many dpo are you today?

I did one this morning - not sure when I ovulated but anything from 7-9dpo and it was negative.

I'm not worried by that but it does pose the question of how early can I test with a cheapy and it really should be positive if it's going to be?

I had very bad cramps on cd23 so I assume I ovulated late. I was getting bfns on cheapies til 12 dpo and then didn't test on dpo13 and then got a v v faint bfp on cheapy at dpo14. BUT I got bfp on same day with tesco test which is 25miu. You prob don't want to spend fortune on tests bit if you reeeally want to know I recommend first response.

I'm only cd21 today and tested this morning and there was possibly a hint of a line in certain lights

Would you believe I was cd37. I normally have a 32 day cycle but ov 5 days late..

Hope your faint line turns into a bfp.. In my experience any line is a line!
