I am 14 wks on no 2 and have an antibody (Jka). My obs is going to check the titre every 6 weeks.

I know that having invasive procedures is a no-no and I should avoid them for the duration of the pregnancy.

However, I have a few small dental procedures to get done, replace a cracked filling, one small filling in the front ( but high up near my gumline) and another larger and maybe deeper filling in one of my molars.

At the moment my obs has suggested I avoid having any dental work done but unless it is really neccessary I'd prefer not to leave it longer than 6 months. Also, what about cleaning... my dental hygienist is very throrough and my gums always bleed when she cleans them. Am due for a cleaning in a few weeks.

Thanks
