I am trying to find some good pilates courses for pregnant women in east London. Any suggestions........
What type of sports we can do during the pregnancy?
At the moment I have started cycling again and some morning routines, but need more - pilates or yoga...What do you recommend?

its not a course, but have you tried the Davina McCall - pre and post pregnancy work out? it has pilates for before and after baby, I've just ordered it, so not tried it yet, but been told its brilliant
this is it

I'd reccommend the Davina DVD, I avoided it for a while because I genrally find her quite annoying. However, she comes across as quite down to earth in the DVD and shock I actually enjoyed it.

I'm in east London and doing pregnancy yoga classes with Yoga Therapy London: www.yogatherapylondon.com/. Highly recommend.

This place is meant to be brilliant. 5 mins from Bethnal Green Station.

Also if you're near Victoria Park Village i'm sure on the notice board near the Londis I recently saw an ad for pilates for mums to be.. but I can't remember what it said. It was a private teacher. Hm not much help. Good luck finding somewhere.

thank you ladies, i will check the bethnal green place, as it is very close to me. I prefer to go to classes, so like that you get to meet other mums to be and it is more fun and i feel more motivated.
