Just a moan, preg with my second baby so naieve tho it may be thought that after the first 4 months I could enjoy nausea free time. But today (and today only I should say) I have been feeling really sick and pretty much constant nausea all day. Don't know whether it is something I have eaten (haven't eaten much today...for a change!) or whether it is linked to minor constipation I have suffered (sorry if too much information) or what but even now at 5.17pm I am still feeling sick and was feeling like this when I woke up. Moan over.. thanks for "listening"!

Hi, why not try eating lemon slices and honey - the lemon is the best for nausea. The first 3 months I had lemon in the morning and gherkins in the evening (this saved be believe it or not).
For the constipation - i am fighting with porridge with honey every morning (feel really good and go once a day as normal).

Raspberry do you have any other symptoms? such as headache, flashing lights, 'heartburn' type pain under your ribs etc.

Sure it's not but these can (along with sickness and nausea) be signs of pre-eclampsia from 20 weeks onwards.

If you do have any other signs or it doesn't ease by tomorrow may be worth getting checked out.
