Aughhh! I hate to start another "Could I be pregnant thread?" but I am getting a bit batty. Have been a little queasy the past week (never had proper morning sickness with ds), tender nipples, and heavy feeling in abdomen. AF not due until Thursday but tested this morning anyway . It was negative, but I know I was testing a bit early. We had originally wanted two, then had so many pregnancy and birth complications decided to stay with one. I have to say, though, my main reaction would be thrilled to bits. It's 3:00 am here and I can't sleep thinking about it. Dh has no idea it's a possibility...

Just a little update - symptoms are increasing, am now a week late, but still testing negative...hysterical pregnancy

Hi there! I'm in the states. Did a test today - negative again. Am starting to feel like a real head case.

Hiya jabberwocky! i may well get shot for this and im sorry if you get annoyed by it, but it couldnt be something else could it??? my mum went through something exactly the same at 40 and she took herself to the Dr's in the end and he told her she was beggining the menopause! she was so convinced she was pregnant and was 3 weeks late before she went and saw the Dr! - for what its worth, she quickly decided to try for a baby anyway and got me just before she turned 41!! but obviously i was the last! sorry if im being insensitive at all!

Well, woke up on Monday and immediately thought, "I feel different and certainly not pregnant". At 10:00 that night, AF came. In my heart of hearts I will always wonder if I was, but just had such a low hormone level it wasn't showing up. By Monday I felt so much like I did with ds and that hasn't happened any other time. Have had raging hormone episodes all week as well. Again, not typical.
So, no babe, and dh is actually quite relieved as the timing is not good on top of my problems from the last pregnancy. We've decided to discuss it in a year, and if it doesn't work out, then it just doesn't.

And I was 10 days late by that time - another first.
