anterior placenta at 21 weeks

I have my anomoly scan tomorrow. I am nervous that there is a problem. I have had a scan at 17 weeks, and I know that I have an anterior placenta, but I am not feeling any movement; and have 2 friends who are 2 weeks ahead of me, and have had movement for weeks. Has anyone else had an anterior placenta, when did you feel movement?

I have an anterior placenta this time and didn't really feel movement til over 20 weeks. With DS (posterior placenta) I felt him much earlier and clearer.

I am 19weeks and still not feeling any movement due to anterior placenta. Felt movement from 16weeks with previous 2 pregnancies. Don't worry it's normal.

I have a placenta which extends both posteriorly and anteriorly! I was worried before my scan as I was feeling less movement than the first time. All OK though and apparently due to the anterior placenta.

I'm 21 weeks now and feeling more movement, but quite low down.

i have anterior placenta as well and am now 23 weeks. i've never felt any 'butterfly like' movements that friends described to me. I think i've felt movements but it only seems to be when they are quite hard and more towards to sides, i'm still not 100% it is movements and not just ligaments stretching or something.

I am in the same boat as morph2 23+5 anterior placenta and only feel to the sides and more of a pushing sensation than a kick or butterfly feeling.

I'm 17 weeks with an anterior placenta and have barely felt a tickle! I will know not to get myself too het up for a few weeks then.. I'm too impatient!
