Piles - What to do??

I have recently developed piles for the 1st time. Im 38 weeks pg.

Up until now I have had diarrhoea but now am bloomin constipated which is making them a lot worse and painful.

I havent got mw until Tuesday so wondered if anyone has a magic cure? I had been putting sudocrem on them but that isnt getting rid of them.

I am dreading pushing the baby out with them.

Go to the chemist and they will give you something.Anusol is great and will help enormously.Good luck

Do go to the chemit for treatment but also my recent fruit obsession has helped mine.
