3rd trimester and being sick...is this normal??

I am 32 weeks and have been feeling sick for about 2 weeks with slightly dodgy tum. I put it down to a nasty head cold that I had over New Year but yesterday night I was sick after supper. Not feeling wonderful today and worried that ms or something is coming back. Anyone else having this/can tell me if its normal? Should I go to mw/doc?

I would check with your midwife but unfortunately it can be normal although uncommon to carry on being sick all the way through. Sometimes it returns in the last trimester through tiredness or just general fullness!

Horrible isnt it

There is no "normal" unfortunately. Agree with peppa that tiredness can play a part with nausea. I am knackered even though don't really need to do that much, I can't sleep properly so end up feeling quite sick in the mornings again, am missing 2nd trimester. At least on the home stretch now.

My freidn had similar symptoms and bizarrely it was because she had an undiagnosed UTI. Might apply?

I have been sick both pregnancies in the later stages. Agree with the others being tired plays a part and the fat that I felt my stomach was being squashed so couldn't hold as much as before without baby kicking some of it back out again.

Thanks for your replies. Think I will call mw to double check just in case. Mentioned it to the doc on Monday but he didn't seem bothered (but it wasn't why I had gone so I didn't push it). Could be down to tiredness I suppose. Am not sleeping well either and between work and moving house this weekend its all a bit hectic!!

When I was pregnant with DD I had third trimester sickness but none earlier on. This time I've just been sick all the way through
Think it's just one of those things unfortunately, nothing they can do anyway.
