Advice needed - what do I do?

Hi, need some advice from others that have been in this situation. I am 22+5 weeks pregnant and am therefore aware that I should avoid lying flat. However when I wake up in the morning, I'm on my back! I've tried a pillow - I have one at my right side anyway, as when I lie on my right side the bump is uncomfortable when left to dangle When I wake up and I'm on my back I move the pillow so at least my right hip and upwards are elevated so not completely lying flat, but what about when I don't wake up?

Need your advice!

I bought one of these www.bloomingmarvellous.co.uk/product.aspx?CategoryID=w-essentials&ProductID=7683&language=en-GB

And it supported my growing bump and then I didn't turn as much in sleep trying to get comfy. However with both my children I did from time to time sometimes find myself on my back when I woke up and they're both happy and healthy growing children now.

Try not to panic too much, use support pillows and try to sleep on your side as recommended but I'm sure as your bump gets bigger you'll catch yourself doing it less and less as you'll start to feel like a beached whale on your back

I'm pg with number 2 and frequently woke on my back with no.1 and again this time. Never gave it a thought tbh.
I wouldn't worry about it.
