is sleeping on my front a problem?

I'm 10 weeks, so no visible bump yet! I'm a complete tummy-sleeper, and struggle to drop off in any other position. I'm assuming that as long as it isn't uncomfortable to be in this position, it can't be doing any damage. Slightly concerned though - does anyone have a more informed answer?

No its fine - make the most of it! It was what I craved most when I had a bump. In time it will become more uncomfortable and you will be aware of it

I can only sleep on my front.

In first pregnancy tried to sleep on side from around 18 weeks when it became uncomfortable to sleep on front. Sleeping on front is fine before you have bump.

Was totally insomniac and really suffered.

The second side round bought a very long beanbag pillow thing and used it to sleep on front (have beanbag under one shoulder so sort of on front / but sort of on side with support for bump and slept fine right to the end.

Thank you ladies! And the beanbag/pillow idea sounds very sensible - I shall track one down once bump makes an appearance!
