28weeks and in pain

Hi, I am 28 weeks with dc3 and over the last few weeks been feeling a lot of pain in my lower back and pelvis, now getting shooting pains down my legs and can barely walk.
I had to leave work early today as my job involves being on my feet pretty much constantly and I couldn't bear the pain.
Has anybody else experienced this? Ive got a doctors app this afternoon but not sure what they can do.
Didn't have this in previous 2 pregnancies.

im 28 weeks tmz im getting the same pains as you however i dont get it everyday, couldnt imagine that , feel for you !
let me know wat doc said , iv been sleeping with loads of pillows lol
im back to work tmz after 3 weeks off dont know how im going to manage.
A freind of mine had the pains in her left leg with her last baby and she couldnt walk for a whole day , the midwife told her there wasnt alot she could do as it was baby on a nerve.

Doc has signed me off work for 3weeks and referred me to physio, she says I have spd symptoms and also sciatica not sure if you can have both.
Been told to rest and take it easy which is hard with 2 wee ones!
I find my left leg is the worst and can get quite numb, but also have clicky knees and hips and feeling a lot of pressure on pubic bone.
I don't think there is much they can do so looks like going to have to suffer great! Will just have to wait and see what physio can do.
Sorry not much help, just a big moan really!
