I'm 16+4 and at my midwife appt on Friday my BP was 90/50. It was similar at the last one too (I was 9 weeks then) but I felt ok that time. Now, however, I am becoming increasingly dizzy, at it's worst my eyesight becomes blurred and my head hurts - I really do fear that I will faint.

Midwife didn't seem too concerned as it hadn't suddenly got worse, it was low last time and has said if it doesn't improve then I need to se gp. DH is getting worried and says I need to go to gp tomorrow. Have felt really rough today and have spent most of it siting down as feel so dizzy all the time.

My question really is what can gp do? I am aware that I am far better off having low rather than high BP, it doesn't really pose any risk to baby, it's just me that feels rubbish. I'm happy to see gp but I don't think there's much point do you?

I too have very low bp and googled it just today =) recommendations seem to be slightly increase salt intake, take time getting up, drink lots of fluids and wear support tights. I got some for £1 at M&S today - bargin - dh thinks me having to wear support tights is hilarious

I would go to your GP, there are some medications that raise BP, I have no idea if they are suitable for pg my experience with hyperemesis was that GP's are very reluctant to prescribe anything while you are pregnant, but then again it can't hurt to go and the GP may have insight that the midwife doesn't.

Hope you're feeling better soon x
