tube says not to use in pregnancy and whilst BF? but its natural so should be safe? I've got some cuts on my legs (mad scratching in the night) and they are scabbing and i want to get them healed asap!

Just because something is "natural" does not make it safe, particularly in pregnancy. Belladonna and digitalis are both natural, and both lethal in the appropriate dosages.

With herbal or homeopathic medications, it's likely that no-one has paid/would be willing/able to pay for the required testing; and it is, in any case, utterly unethical to test anything on pregnant women. Therefore, many, many products will say something like "May be unsafe during pregnancy" or "Consult your GP if pregnant" while actually being perfectly Ok to use, even while pregnant.

IMHO - and I'm not a trained anything - you should be Ok with aloe vera for your healing, and it's probably available in your nearest pharmacy/health food shop, possibly in combination with tea-tree. Look also at Bio Oil.
