I know a bit of breathlessnes is normal but I seem to be out of breath a lot at the moment, especially when laying down. Think baby is breech (again) and that his head is under my ribs which isn't helping. He is really active as well so I basically feel like my insides are being crushed. Any solutions?

hello, i had breathlessness early on, and it turned out it was related to my iron deficiency as well as the obvious less lung room. Propping myself up at night with one of those v shaped pillows to sleep. hope this helps
