plastic ring / rubber ring

please somebody help me !!
chronic lower back and pain in bum area !! also hips, getting a bit unbearable now and only 28 weeks wat is the name of those rubber rings that pregnant women can sit on ?? and can you still buy them ?? and where ??
got my bf laughing at me , but i cant smile about it , it hurts too much

Have you spoken to your MW? I think rings are more for after delivery/piles. Do you think you may have SPD? I'd seek some medical advice.

Rubber ring? Or rubber ball? I have a Swiss ball that I sit on when I?m pregnant, it?s the only way I can get comfy when I?ve got back ache. You can get them from argos etc?

Dont' know, I know you can get something called a valley cushion but think they are for stitches.

possibly is spd , just its getting me down , cant sit on the sofa and feel relaxed
lieing down is most comfortable for the longest period untill i have to keep turning over then my hips are sore wen i wake up.
seeing my midwife on 14th so will talk then. always had people tell me things about pregnancy that i always replyed with . . .yeah well i will be alright lol , boy was i wrong its been a rough ride , not very enjoyable , cant wait till my baby is here
