This has been for the past couple of days, i'm fine during the day and before I fall asleep. I don't eat before bed and I don't do anything unusal, any ideas why i feel so sick in the night?

maybe because it's been a while since you last ate? I always have to eat really early in the morning otherwise I start to feel sick. maybe try having a sandwich or some cereal before you go to bed, or take a snack up with you and eat it when you wake up feeling sick. Hope it helps!

I agree with heth - I'm 31 weeks now, but I did have some horrible nights earlier where I'd wake up with gnawing stomach pains and found that having some milk and a bit of bread before going to bed stopped it happening.

35 wks - finding I can't eat as much as normal for dinner because stomach is squashed, so have started having a bowl of cereal about 10 pm which really helps. Was also waking in the night feeling sick and had to reach for food quickly in the morning or else feel quite ill, too.
