I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have been getting braxton hicks every night for a couple of weeks. These have gradually got more painful each night and tonight they are very close together (maybe 4 every 10 minutes) and painful.
I was on the monitor the other day and midwife said 'goodness me, you're right, you are getting lots of braxton hicks arnt you?' I couldn't feel those ones!!
So am I having more braxton hicks or am I going into early labour? I cannot possibly phone the labour ward again- I'm there every 5 minutes lately.
