Morning.
Hope your feeling better smilerjane! To have a stomach infection making sickness worse must be awful! My sickness has made an improvement this week so I'm hoping its going to ease off now too! I really hope so because it would be nice to eat something other than salt and vinegar crisps!
Really really tired this week, haven't done a full week in work since middle of december now because of christmas holidays and then snow closure days the last two weeks, and I'm only doing a 4 day week this because of the scan monday, I'm so out of routine! I've been going to bed as soon as I get in from work for a few hours!
I know what you mean about listening to heartbeat tishtosh - I was quite dissapointed I didn't get to hear it on Monday, I saw it on the screen though so I know it is there, just would've been nice. Was it too early for them to try and hear it? I'm not having another MW appointment until 18-20 weeks now, (not wanting any of the downs tests etc, so they said there is no point seeing me until 18 weeks or so now...)which seems ages away to wait to hear the heart!
Last night I had achy muscles pains across my stomach - above where the baby is though so I wasn't too worried. Just uncomfortable! I'm assuming growing pains? or possibly I did too much with the kids during the day bending to the floor etc?
Asked Mum who couldnt remember if it was normal, but Dad said she had simular pains at the end of her first trimester - I'm glad he has a good memory!
Anywy, both have a good day. I better jump in the shower and get a move on for work! I used to have left by now, be in before 8 o clock - now I'm struggling to get there before our morning meeting has started at 8.45!!! Can't do rushing, makes me feel worse - I need a good 20 mins sit down with a cuppa tea! Luckily I have a very understanding head and dep.head!
