I am 25 weeks pg with no 5. I have suffered cramp with all my pgs. Drives me bonkers.

It seems particularly bad in the cold weather. If I get it at night it can leave my legs achey all day.

I may have found something that helps. As leg warmers have mad something of a comeback I find myself in possession of a pair.

I have been wearing them for the last couple of nights and no cramps! Yipee.

I do a few ankle turns and leg stretches at bedtime too.

Oh and if you do get cramp, remember, always pull your toes UPWARDS, never stretch your feet out!

This is very helpful actually as I'm 34+2 and have started suffering with cramps - AND I have some leg warmers handy too!
Thanks

Hope it works.

I had another cramp free night last night so I am hoping its not a coincedence
