Just looking for some reassurance mainly as I suspect this could be a growing pain but all afternoon I've had a dull across across the top left of my tummy. The baby is kicking away quite happily at the bottom of my belly but is this a growing pain? And if so am I going to get these throughout the whole pregnancy? Currently 24+5 weeks.
