vicks vapour rub??

is it ok to inhale vicks vapour rub in hot water during pregnancy?? my chest is so tight and dry im at my wits end...have drunk honey and lemon but it hasnt worked...please help!!

Yes it's fine and I've also been putting eucalyptus oil in my oil burner too so my bedroom fills with vapours at night.

I wasnt sure about viks or olbas oil but hurrah good news just in time for xmas!

Dont bother asking midwives this as the current advice is no to Vicks or Olbas Oil. Was not pleasant being ill a while back not being able to use it.

Advice seems to change from week to week

So much of pregnancy advice changes and conflicts. I just never know where I stand. Have not used anything yet did steam inhalation with just water that seemed to help. Hope your feeling better in time for xmas
