anyone done moxibustion after caesarean?

hi I had an emergency caesarean with my first so was all set for trying for a VBAC this time except baby is breech at 36 weeks. A friend if mine had moxibustion at this stage & she's convinced it turned the baby.

But I've read somewhere if you've previously had a caesaren you shouldn't do it.

Anyone had any experience?

I went for moxibustion a few weeks ago and the accupuncurist specifically asked me if I'd had a Caesarean before because if I had she wouldn't have done it. I don't know why though.
