I am 16 weeks. They stopped hurting weeks ago but today they are so tingly. I can't remember anything from my first pg, despite ds only being 3, so tell me, is this usual?

Usual to forget everything? yep.
Usual to have breast pain? not sure. I think I had some pain in first pregnancy but less in the following ones.
Good question to fire at the MW.

Hi
im 14 wks with dc 4 and never had breast pain like this . Its like really bad pre menstrual swelling and pain , worse on the upper outer sides near my arm pits . I wince when i take my bra off and keep rubbing them without realising it when im out !!
And im a midwife ! Found myself googling it still just for reassrance-im pretty sure it mainly hormonal.i suppose there is always a chance something else so you could see your doctor if your worried . I cant even lie on my side for long at night-sympathies x

Deep warm bath. Seriously. I don't know why it makes it better but it does.

And there is a medication you can take in pregnancy although you do need to limit how many tablets of it you take to avoid bloating....what's it called????

Oh yes chocolate

i am 5 wks with my 2nd baby and my boobs are SO sore! i remember they were last time too. i am wearing a bra in bed for support and i cannot bear ANYTHING touching them, can't lie on them or even cuddle up to my man in bed!

Thanks for the replies. Had to go offline last night.
Ds (aged 3) seems to 'know' they are sore and spends huge amounts of time bashing around hte area, or insisting on cuddling right in to that area. The cuddles are nice, but he does have a very heavy little head.
Am liking the suggestion of chocolate. Too late to stop the bloating I think. Wonder if it is available on prescription.
