How do you know if you are having an early miscarriage?

My friend has just text me very worried that she has lost the baby. She would be about 6/7weeks. She had a missed miscarriage before and is worried it has happened again. All her pg symptoms have disappeared.

Is there anywhere she can get seen today (Dr's, A&E) or will they not see her unless she is bleeding?

Any help greatly appreciated

I had one day like this with one of mine......all the symptoms came back the next day and ds now 9. If the symptoms stay away she can do to the GP and ask for a blood test - not quick though (but I suspect they won't scan)

She has just texted back to say it has been a couple of days now so her mum is taking her to A&E for blood tests/scan.

Local gynae ward may be more helpful than a&e.

Have just heard everything is fine, Dr's are baffled as to why all symptoms have disappeard
