pins n needles

i am 37 wks and for the last few days have been getting pins n needles and a numbness in my right hand goin up into my arm. im now finding it hard to grip things. does anyone know if this is common.

Hey im almost 39wks and have been gettin similar thng 4 past wk nw...itz common n usually caused by fluid retention. Sumtimes can b a bad case of carpal tunnel syndrome...spk 2 ur MW n she might recommend referring u 2 physio since u still have a few wks left..hope this helps
