I'm making it myself and will cook it at a high temp for quite some time, to kill off any nasties. What do you think?

I would say yes if you killing off the bacteria at high temp.

This is taken from the government advice (food standards agency)

Can I eat Brie and blue cheese when I'm pregnant if it's cooked?
Pregnant women are advised against eating these types of cheese because of the risk of listeria. However, thorough cooking should kill any listeria, so it should be safe to eat food containing, these and other cheeses such as Camembert or chevre (a type of goats' cheese), that have a similar rind, provided it has been properly cooked and is steaming hot all the way through.

I make stilton and broccoli soup, and asked my MW if it was OK and she thought it was, I toasted blue cheese on top of lovely, crusty, fresh french bread until it bubbled and she said that was OK too. Good job really else I'd have gone bonkers by now if I couldn't have any blue cheese
